PRAYER TEAM
The Escondido SDA Church believes strongly in the power of prayer! We have many opportunities for you to receive and participate in prayer.
One way to be involved is to become a prayer partner. These individuals love to pray! They communicate prayer needs by email weekly and also meet the second Wednesday evening of the month for an hour to pray for our church family. Our prayer partners are also available to pray each Sabbath for anyone in need of prayer. If you desire brief intercessory prayer, the center front row of chairs in the service are reserved for this purpose and an elder or prayer partner will pray for you immediately after the garden of prayer. You can share as much or little of your prayer needs with the prayer partners as you are comfortable with. We do not need to know the details of your need, just what you want prayer for.
We have witnessed many miracles both in and out of our congregation for those we have prayed for and believe that God desires for us to lay all of our burdens before Him, because He cares for us. There is also an email available for communicating any prayer needs that arise during the week and your prayer request will be forwarded to the prayer partner team for immediate prayer.
